Aug 06, 2013 A+ in dark worlds doesn't count, light world does (to get dark world levels). You need to beat all 310 levels (warp zones count, glitch zones do not). However, the glitch zones DO count towards your 106%, they just don't count in the level completion count, which is again, 310. Bandages are the objects in Super Meat Boy that allow you to unlock certain characters. The bandages are often in places that require the player to extend playtime greatly or increase difficulty. The bandage has to be collected and the level finished on that life to obtain. Whenever a milestone in bandages has been reached the corresponding character is unlocked for player use.
